The show follows the Bluth family, a wealthy but dysfunctional family who lose their fortune after the patriarch, George Bluth (Jeffrey Tambor), is arrested for fraud. The family is forced to move into a small apartment and learn to live without their lavish lifestyle.
Arrested Development was a critical success, winning several Emmy Awards and Golden Globe Awards. The show was also praised for its innovative use of storytelling, including the use of flashbacks and flashforwards.
The new season of Arrested Development is set to premiere on Hulu in 2023.
